Registration Instructions:
If all players are from the same organization, select Option 1: Organizational / Company Team and assign a team POC to compete for the Organizational ADAA trophy.
If all players are NOT from the same organization, select Option 2: Individual Registration for each player and use their name and contact info in the form.

Mulligans can be purchased at the check-in desk for $20 (price includes 2 mulligans).
